For those businesses registered with DialogCentral (Look for the DialogCentral sticker on the door), your feedback is interpreted and sent to the appropriate staff designated by the company to listen to feedback on your topic. If you've included your email address, you may get a response.

If the business isn't registered, DialogCentral staff use automated systems to find the personnel responsible for listening to customer feedback at that company or business and pass your input along. Again, you may or may not get a response.
